Shelly has joined Balance Salon and shares her love for creativity as a Master Redken Specialist! Shelly was with Rapport for more than 5 years and has been a stylist for more than 10 years. Although she enjoys the creative expression in formal design she also excels in the creative process of color formulation and hair cuts. Shelly is also a Certified Extensionist. She is committed to advance education to learn the latest that this ever-changing industry has to offer.
