Barrie has newly joined the Balance Salon team, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge as a Master Redken Specialist. She started at Rapport as a shampoo tech at the tender age of 15. Barrie literally grew up there loving the hair industry. She graduated top of her class which offered her the opportunity to work as a personal assistant to a well-known educator for 5 years. Barrie then returned to Rapport for 10 years bringing with her all the knowledge and experience she learned from the educator she worked for. Barrie has a talent in getting to know her clients and choosing the color and style that fits not only the client but the client's lifestyle as well.
